REMA Part-A Acid Concentrate
Can be used with Fresenius, Gambro, Jihua, Toray, Obers, and others machines with dialysate ratios of 1: 1,225: 32,775 and 1: 1,83: 34 with a PH of 7 – 7,6.
Dialysate osmolarity is in the blood plasma isotonic limit of 286 m osm / L, PH 7.4, the duration of hemodialysis is 4-5 hours.
Counter Indication
The low content of potassium ions compared to potassium ions in blood plasma will provoke digitalis intoxication in patients with a background of cardiac disorders, especially those using cardiac glycoside drugs.
Drug Interactions
A low content of potassium ions compared to potassium ions in blood plasma can cause hypokalemia and can lead to cardiac glycoside digitalis intoxication when administered.
Abnormal correction of ACR towards bicarbonate fluid alkalosis can cause disturbances related to the nervous system causing drowsiness, weakness, delayed respiration, especially in the case of administration of drugs with a suppressive effect on the respiratory center and narcotic analgesics, alkalosis can also cause calcium deposits in fatty tissue.
Side Effects
During the dialysis process, headaches and nausea are often encountered due to the presence of acetate ions in the solution.
